Recruitment and Retention Officer
Based within the HR Workforce Development Team (Chief Executives)
Location: Remote Working / Bromley Civic Centre (Bromley, BR1 3UH)

You will lead and support on the day to day operational activities and tasks, in relation to predominantly recruiting permanent and locum staff for Children and Adult Social Care Services.
This role involves high level communication with hiring managers and multiple recruitment / contractual agencies, it is a fast paced role with conflicting deadlines but also a job of many rewards and management support.
