Face to face sales role under normal conditionsThe Role: This is an incredible opportunity for a Business Development Manager to develop their career and work closely with C-level executives within a wide range of sectors. Responsible for winning new business, the Business Development Manager position is a high level, consultative sales role. Selling consultancy projects around R+D Innovation funding this role involves pitching to "head of" and "C-Level". With excellent client retention, this is an excellent opportunity for a BDM to build a client list and develop their career and earnings. Immediately you will run your sales meetings virtually, but long term, regular face to face meetings will be important. A successful Business Development Manager will be rewarded with great earning potential, and a very supportive and fun environment to express yourself and flourish.

Their in-house-expert consultants help businesses small and large to take advantage of and maximise their utility of these schemes. Two years into their journey, this company have won high praise from their customers for their flexible, reliable, and time-efficient approach. They are currently the fastest growing company in this space and are looking to grow their current sales team of 3 with two new hires.

As a Business Development Manager your responsibilities will include: ·

Generating leads and attending client meetings
Targeting C-level individuals across various sectors
Work closely with other departments to ensure strong communication and consistency
Regular F2F meetings will be requiredFor this role you require:

3 years + B2B new business sales experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Consultative and solution-based sales processThe Package:

£40-45K + OTE £70-75K (year 1)
